Please read these terms before using Proofly. They explain the product's non-legal role and the current launch limitations.

What Proofly does

Proofly helps organize information and documents you provide into an evidence file or evidence package. The service may identify dates, amounts, communications, document categories and items that appear to be missing from the materials you provide.

What Proofly does not do

Proofly does not provide legal advice, determine liability, predict results, calculate legal damages, interpret legislation or court rules, or replace a qualified professional. You are responsible for deciding how to use the output and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

Your review is required

You must review the accuracy of any generated timeline, evidence index, draft communication or package before you use it. A source reference helps trace a factual statement back to a document, but it does not guarantee that the statement is complete, accurate or suitable for your purpose.

Your materials

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide the information and files you submit. Do not upload material that is unlawful to share. Proofly may limit or decline content that cannot be safely or appropriately processed.

Service limits

Proofly accepts a limited set of records for secure, sourced evidence organization. It may be unable to extract from every file format or establish every detail. Unsupported details are omitted or labelled as not established from the documents provided. Customer-provided corrections are kept separately from AI-extracted information.

Pricing and checkout

Proofly Evidence Package is a one-time CAD $39 offer with no subscription. After the required acknowledgement in the review flow, payment is handled by MadeThis checkout. Proofly does not use a custom payment form or collect payment details on this site.
